Suggestion summary: Adding a special interior for CnR which people can go to by car-/cnrwarp
Detailed explanation: The event starts automatically after 5 mins. since there're atleast 1 cop- 1 criminal (available at everytime since there are atleast 1 cop - 1 criminal) After The event starts, nobody could join, hp and armor are automatically given after the event starts. (10 mins cooldown for those who already joined the last event)

Is there payment for this update? If so place the payout here: 1 kill = 5k, The team who wins gets from 25k-30k
